These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services offered by Consult Nadia, including consulting, strategy, menu engineering, digital products, and growth support. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

We work with established and scaling food & beverage brands including:
✔ Restaurants, cafés, lounges, caterers, bistros
✔ Boutique hotels and resorts with F&B outlets
✔ Multi-location owners or franchise operators (not franchisees)
✔ Hospitality operators with 10–100 staff and £500K–£6M+ annual revenue
✔ Owners, CEOs, Founders, Directors, and Partners
Our services are globally accessible. UK law governs all legal aspects of engagement.


3. Services Offered

3.1 Done-For-You Consulting (Premium Package)
We fully implement your growth strategy, including menu engineering, loyalty systems, and operations fixes, with performance guarantees.

3.2 Plug-and-Play Strategy (Profit Growth Accelerator)
You receive a tailored roadmap, training, tools, and consultations—your team handles execution.

3.3 Hourly Consulting
One-off or recurring sessions for focused support, strategy reviews, or implementation guidance, billed per session with no long-term commitment.

4. Payment & Billing Terms

  • Full payment is required before any service or product is delivered.

  • Accepted methods: Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.

  • Late or missed payments may result in service pauses or cancellation.

  • All digital product sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Service Delivery & Timelines

  • Services are delivered digitally via Zoom, Loom, Google Drive, or client-preferred platforms.

  • Timeline, scope, and access will be clearly set out in your proposal or package confirmation.

  • Access to deliverables is granted for the agreed term only.


6. Refunds, Cancellations & Guarantees

6.1 Money-Back Guarantee (DFY Only)
The Premium Package includes a 90-day ROI guarantee. If measurable profit improvements aren’t delivered, we’ll continue working with you at no added cost until they are. Refund eligibility requires proof that our recommended strategies were implemented.

6.2 Refunds for Non-DFY Services
Refunds are not available for strategy packages, digital products, or hourly sessions unless otherwise specified in writing. We expect full implementation effort by the client or their team.

6.3 Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to start. Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeit of sessions or payments.


7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure results, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely business data

  • Grant reasonable access to digital assets (e.g., menu files, booking systems)

  • Respond promptly during project duration

  • Implement strategies (or coordinate implementation with staff)


8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All information shared is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared outside the scope of service.

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and data protection regulations for handling personal and business data.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, strategies, and content created by Consult Nadia are protected IP.

  • Clients receive a non-transferable, internal-use-only license to use them.

  • You may not share, publish, or resell materials without written permission.


10. Limitations of Liability

  • Results may vary depending on market factors, team implementation, and external variables.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.


11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any concerns should be sent to support@consultnadia.com within 14 days of the issue.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be managed in accordance with UK law and heard in the courts of England and Wales.


12. Updates & Revisions

These Terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified via email or website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
